We offer a range of cleaning chemicals to work with all ink types including solvent, water and UV based systems. Housekeeping is an essential part of any operation although often overlooked. The correct application of cleaning chemicals will result in reduced downtime.

The FL5 + RDC is a high productivity printing and converting machine for cartons, scratch cards and labels where there are infrequent job changes.

The fully servo driven system allows for easy and repeatable setups in both the printing and converting sections. The rotary die-cutting technology (RDC enables high speed production of both sheets and die-cut product whilst maintaining the versatility of a one pass production). It comes in 600mm web width as standard.

This flexibility means that the FL5 + RDC can be configured for a wide range of applications such as: single pass cartons, single pass scratch cards, paper cups, sleeves and much more. Ink Filters & Earth Magnets

Protect your anilox with Sandon Global ink filters and earth magnets. A fine mesh is combined with a magnet which are accessible in ink buckets or sumps.

Designed to collect metallic and plastic particles they are easy to clean and maintain and fit various ink bucket formats. Printers will understand how particles can cause damage to the anilox engraved surface causing disruptive abrasion and score lines.

Available for both wide web and narrow web ink systems. Full training is provided to get the best from our ink magnets.

We supply ceramic coated laser engraved coating rollers for use on both flexo and litho presses.

We have recently launched an integrated inline coating solution for the litho market; successfully applying a wide range of coatings including textured varnish.

Our award-winning laser engraved coating rollers can be configured to suit your application and print process. Delivering scratch resistance, long lasting wear due to our unique anti-corrosion process.

We are now able to offer a combined service that includes rubber coated rollers such as embossing, nip, inkers, coating and/or path rollers.

Specially selected rubber compounds are used to meet your specific operations. Ranging in hardness from 30 to 100 shore we can spec. your requirements at the same time as reviewing existing anilox inventory as part of our auditing cycle.

Precision surface grinding, polishing and grooving, can be achieved to exacting standards up to 4m width rolls with a maximum O/D of 650mm.

This versatile, floor mounted, modular system enables you to store all your print sleeves vertically in one convenient store. A stylish, bespoke design stores cylinders securely in modules, each of which hold up to 40 sleeves dependent on size. Two modules are fixed to the floor and can support a further four mobile modules. Housing up to 240 sleeves in a simple six module system.

PaperOne Line is the innovative range of SEI Laser systems, with an automatic paper transportation, developed for the Folding Carton and Graphics Arts industry. The Voltec equipment is a wet ink test that gives an indisputable measurement of volume in cm³/m². Whether the anilox are dirty or worn, this equipment informs users of the actual volumes their anilox are printing at.

This minimises press down time and gives ink suppliers the necessary information for strengthening inks. The Voltec kit we supply is a robust tool which can withstand the industrial print environment.
